Stout Grounded Ten Days MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 25. — Jockey Jimmy Stout started a 10 -day suspension for rough riding after filling his engagements on Saturday. In meting out the penalty to New Jerseys top rider, stewards at Monmouth Park further emphasized the effectiveness of the "film patrol" which plays no favorites. Inspection of films revealed that Stout had piled up his field while astride Black Al, and this visual evidence compelled the suspension. Stout, along with other Monmouth riders, all regard the patrol as one of the finest and most progressive feature* of the sport.
