Nine Named for Davidson AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 25. — Nine of the best sprinters on the grounds have been nominated for the second running of the J. E. Davidson Memorial Handicap next Saturday, a six furlongs affair for a ,000 purse. Those named to compete in the week-end feature are, Little Captain, owned by the Emerald Stable: Curtain Raiser, from the stable of P. W. Bourch, E. D. Reeds Trim Lassie, Hypo-style and Little Flower, which make up the Mariano Stable entry; the Petsche Ranch Stables entry of Hairbow and Ill Be, Take All, owned by Delia Shriver; Benny F., from the Brunning and Snyder Stable; Sickle Hash, from the stable of Mrs. F. Bentley, and the champion sprinter Connies Boy, winner of three straight handicaps from the racing establishment of M. H. VanBerg.
