Ridgwoy to Washington PARIS, France, May 16. — Gen. Matthew B. Ridgway left for Washington today to testify before Congress on foreign aid and talk about his nomination as Army Chief of Staff with President Eisenhower. The General was scheduled to appear before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Tuesday. He also expected to appear before the House Foreign Affairs Committee and possibly both appropriations committees during his "week or 10 days" in Washington. Representative McMillan Innocent WASHINGTON, D. C, May 16.— Rep. John L. McMillan, Dem-S. C, was found innocent today of violating federal law in leasing land from the interior department. McMillan was indicted on a charge that in seeking an oil lease in Utah he violated a law which bars members of Congress from making a contract with the government. Air Wreck Toll Now Seven HEMSBACH, Germany, May 16.— The recovery of four U. S. airmens bodies from L a tangle of wreckage today increased the» , tragic toll of yesterdays three-way American air collision to seven dead. Four survivors among the 11 men in the jet fighter and two transports involved in the crash are in the Army hospital at Heidelberg, where all but one of them are reported in "good" condition. Two Killed in Derailment GARYVILLE, La., May 16.— Five units of the Missouri-Pacific railroads passenger train "Orleanian" jumped the tracks here today, killing the engineer and fireman and injuring the baggageman. Company officials said 100 other persons, most of them passengers aboard the fast-traveling train, escaped serious injury. Egypt Accuses Britain CAIRO, Egypt, May 16.— Egypt accused ; Britain today of continued "provocation", toward Egyptians in theSuez Canal zone and said that present British policy "can lead only to disaster."
