Tommy Heard, Jr., in Front GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 16. — The men who saddle the horses ■ at the Marlton Pike course are having their own nip-and-tuck battle for leadership. After 14 racing days, Tommy Heard, Jr., j has tightened the girth on seven victorious performers. Sid Jacobs has but one less, and i holds second place with his six winning : charges. Llye Phillips and Tommy Barry J remain tied with five wins.
