Several Officials Coming Here CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 16. — Stewards Jack S. Young and Jack Goode, judges James Tranter Clark and Raymond Hoertz, mutuel director E. A. Weidekamp, and starter Reuben White, will leave tomorrow morning for Chicago to assume their official posts at the Lincoln Fields meeting at Hawthorne. Presiding steward and director of racing Samuel H. McMeekin and Lincoln G. Plaut, racing secretary-handicapper for Churchill Downs, are to remain at the Falls City track for several days, winding up 1953 Derby meeting business and planning for the local autumn racing season.
