112 Portable Stalls Being Erected at Hollywood Park HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., May 16. — Because Hollywood Park does not have sufficient space to take care of all the stall applications that racing secretary John Maluvius and the head of the racing department, Wendell Cassidy, would like to approve, 112 portable wooden stalls will be erected as soon as possible. Construction started today, with the stalls being located along the fence south of the look-out tower near the racing secretarys office. Erection of the portable stalls at the expense of the HBPA was recommended today by Mrs. H. C. Morton and Jimmy Jones to the management, which approved the plan.
