Philadelphia Eagles Sign Pair PHILADELPHIA, Pa., May 26 UP.— I The Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League today announced the signing of Ralph "Goldie" Goldston, offensive halfback, and John Magee, veteran guard, to 1953 contracts. Goldston, a star rookie in the 1952 season, gained 210 yards on the ground in 65 carries, and scored three touchdowns, one in the Eagles 28-20 upset of the Cleveland Browns. The 210-pound I Magee will be starting his sixth season with the Eagles.
