Pichon Assumes Duties DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., May 26. — Teague Pichon, who serves as the Louisiana State Racing Commission steward and recently appointed steward for the Michigan Racing Association, arrived here Monday and assumed his duties. Pichon was accompanied to the Motor City by his wife, who is widely known in theatrical circles as Pam Merryman.
