Track Stars to View Races DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., -June 16. — Members of the Oxford - Cambridge, track team who are in this country as the guests of the University of Pennsylvania, Yale, Cornell and West Point, will witness the Delaware Park races tomorrow. The athletes have engaged some of the leading eastern colleges in track competition and are now quartered at Penn. They will motor to Delaware Park in a chartered bus, arriving in time for lunch in the clubhouse dining room. C. D. Chesley, assistant to the director of intercollegiate athletics at the TJ. of P., will be in charge of the group.
