* : Smoke Screen Is Assigned 122 For 0,000 Lincoln Handicap Pegged Four Oyer Happy Go* Lucky; Baybrook Gets 117 And Mare Sunny Dale, 1 13 HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., June 16.— Reverie Knoll Farms four-year-old chestnut gelding, Smoke Screen, whose -position of prominence in the handicap division was established by three stakes victories at the New Orleans winter meeting, has been assigned top weight of 122 pounds for the 0,000 Lincoln Handicap next Saturday. The Lincoln Handicap will feature the program on the final day of that clubs successful spring season here at old Hawthorne. In assigning weights for the one and one-sixteenth mile Lincoln Handicap, racing secretary Larry Bogenschutz allotted the second highest impost, 118 pounds, to H. G. Bookmans four-year-old colt, Happy Go Lucky. For B. W. Landys five-year-old Spur On the weight is 115. These, horses were the "big three" at the New Orleans Fair Grounds last winter, Smoke Screen emerging as the eventual leader by virtue of victories in the Le Compte, Letellier and New Orleans handicaps. As a three-year-old, Smoke Screen won the Peabody Prep and two other races, was second in the Arkansas Derby, third in the Blue Grass Stakes, both the latter being won by Sam E. Wilsons Gushing Oil. Smoke Screens home base is Reverie Knoll Farm, a 700-acre establishment at Danville, Ky., owned by Freeman Keyes, Chicago advertising executive. Royal Mustang Held at 114 Above Spur On in the weight assignments is the brilliant sprinter, Baybrook, owned by Mrs. J. L. Knight and her son, Lucien, of Lexington, Ky., with 117 pounds, and Mrs. Ada L. Rices Pet Bully, with 116. The latter, however, is still in California. With 114 pounds is Royal Mustang, owned by Sam E. Wilson, Jr., who is also represented by Jet Fleet, 109. Buddah Stables hard - knocking mare, Sunny Dale, has 113 pounds. On the scale, this puts her level with Happy Go Lucky and second, jointly, witluthe Bockman colt, to the highweight, Smoke Screen. Sunny Dale is one of three mares among the 28 horses weighted, the other females being W. H.rBishops Fair Appraisal, 104, and H. H. Mundys Woodbreak, 103, at the bottom of the list. Also with 113 are Hasty House Farms Rune and P. J. McMullens Dry Run. Dix-ianas Sub Fleet has 112. Bracketed at 110 are Hasty House Farms Seaward, winner of the Lincoln Handicap last year; Roy and M. A. Saffirs Dr. Ole Nelson, and J. J. Gregorys Albemarle. Besides Jet Fleet with 109 pounds are Fairway Farms Recline, Golden Triangle Stables Hierarch, Hasty House Farms Pomace, J. P.
