Seixas, Trabert Top Seeded For National Doubles Play CHESTNUT HILL, Mass., Aug. 15 UP. The "experimental" Davis Cup doubles team of Vic Seixas and Tony Trabert today drew top American seedingrom the United States Lawn Tennis Association for the week-long National Doubles championships, which start Monday at the Long-wood Cricket Club. Four-time winners Garner Mulloy and Billy Talbert drew second domestic seeding for the seventy-second annual meet. Others following in order are Grant Golden and Bernard Bartzen; Straight Clark and Hal Burrows. What might be termed the only surprise in the seedings came in the womens division where Maureen Connolly and Julie Sampson were seeded third behind defending champions Shirley Fry and; Doris Hart, and second-ranked Louise Brough and Margaret Osborne duPont.
