y Two Horses Fatally Injured In Spill at Dade Course DADE PARK, Henderson, Ky., Aug:. 15. Two horses were killed and a third injured in a spill here Friday afternoon. The accident came with the running of the seventh and final race on the program. Reward, the public choice, was holding a prominent position and racing: along the inside rail when the Argentina-bred horse broke his leg and fell. Busy Mite, which was lapped on the favorite and on the outside, was bumped and went to her knees. Rite Out, in last place and far back of them at the time of the tragedy, drove into Busy Mite as that horse regained his feet. Reward and Rite Out were destroyed but Busy Mite came out of it with undetermined injuries, although said to be not serious. Involved in the spill were apprentice W. Hubbard, who previously drew a ten-day suspension from the stewards, and jockeys T. Maher and W. D. Lucas. None of the reinsmen were injured.
