BIG BARGAIN went to the front at once, and opening up a good lead after shaking off EXPLOITATION, continued strongly to the last fifty yards where he began to fade and just lasted to win. LIGHT BR00N improved his position in the last eighth and, although showing a tendency to lug in, was gaining rapidly. MY DIVIDEND made up ground in the stretch and was going well at the finish.
