BIG BARGAIN went to the front at once, and opening up a good lead after shaking off EXPLOITATION, continued strongly to the last fifty yards where he began to fade and just lasted to win. LIGHT BR00N improved his position in the last eighth and, although showing a tendency to lug in, was gaining rapidly. MY DIVIDEND made up ground in the stretch and was going well at the finish. PEACE JITTERS came to the outside in the stretch and, finishing with jood courage, just failed to get up. SKY PRINCESS tired in the stretch. LITTLE OPENER passed tiring horses. 500CRU WAS WITHDRAWN IN THE PADDOCK BY ORDER OF THE TRACK VETERINARIAN AND MONEY WAGERED ON HIM WAS REFUNDED. Scratched 967403 Soocru, 112.
