1 j j J Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Raczkg Fork CENTENNIAL RACE TRACK, little-ton, Colo., Aug:. 15. H. A. Chris tensen, executive secretary of the Colorado Racing Commission, released the following official rulings here Friday: Tn-the matter of jockey Jack Wesley Martin, it is ordered that the ruling of the stewards of the Centennial Race Track entered in the case of Jack Wesley Martin be and the same is hereby upheld: that jockey Martin be suspended for the balance of the Centennial meeting and that Jack Wesley Martin be barred for life and denied all privileges of all race courses in th state of Colorado. "In the matter of jockey W. Leroy Pierson, the recommendation of the board of stewards of Centennial Race Track that jockey N. Leroy Pierson bo suspended for the balance of the meeting is upheld, and the Colorado Racing Commission further orders that jockey N. L. Pierson be indefinitely suspended from all tracks under the jurisdiction of the Colorado Racing Commission and denied the privileges of all tracks in the state of Colorado. "The ruling of the board of stewards again jockey agent Arthur Gene Mc-Cown that his license be permanently revoked is upheld by the Colorado Racing Commission, and it is further ordered that jockey agent Arthur Gene McCown be ruled off all Colorado tracks for life, and that he also be denied the privileges of all tracks in the state of Colorado. "The ruling by the board of stewards that the application for jockey license made by Milo E. Trevino be denied is upheld by the Colorado Racing Commission. The commission also finds jockey Milo E. Trevino detrimental to the best interest of racing, and he is hereby indefinitely suspended and denied all privileges of all tracks under the jurisdiction of the Colorado Racing Commission." LONG BRANCH, Ont., Aug. 15. The Ontario Racing Commission issued the following rulings: "Apprentice jockey Clayton Brown having this day ridden his fortieth winner is, in compliance with Rule 261 B , entitled to a further seven calendar days as an apprentice rider. "Apprentice jockey Gordon Nadeau, having on Friday, August 14, ridden Yus, fortieth winner, is in compliance with Rule 261 B entitled to a further 29 calendar days as an apprentice rider. The extension terminates on September 13."
