Belanger at River Downs RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 7. — Jockey Raymond Belanger arrived from Wheeling Downs to swell the large riding colony already at the local oval, and swung into action immediately when he accepted mounts on this afternoons program. Belanger was leading rider at the West Virginia course registering 45 saddle victories. He has 69 victories to his credit this year out of 308 mounts and was seventh leading rider in the nation in 1954. His riding engagements are being handled by Prank Burket"
