PAT AGAIN raced closest to the pace, disposed of ONE TEAR inside the furlong pole and withstood the extended drive. COLONY DAME rallied in the late stages to wear down SEFTONS PICK. The latter lacked the needed response after being a factor throughout DANCE-A-BIT and RIGHT STAR rallied together. ONE TEAR set the pace, held on well to the furlong pole and faltered. TUNSHEN was within striking distance but failed to rally when set down. FLIM FLAM flattened out through the stretch. SHALE ran out on the turn.
