Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form - DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 7. — Michigan State racing commissioner James H. Inglis approved the following ruling of the Michigan Racing Association board of stewards: "It is recommended that Sam Ollie, andge 32, 16401 Belton, Detroit 28, Mich, igan, be denied a license as owner, for falsification of his application."
