FLORIDA RULES OFF THREE MIAMI, Fla., April 2. The following rulings came from the Florida Racing Commission after a meeting of that body that was held on Monday. In the case of morphine having been found in the saliva test of the horse Below Cost, taken after the running of the first race March 22, trainer Frank McManus and Charles L. Beachey, stable foreman, were ruled off of all tracks in Florida until further order of the commission. In the case of jockey Alvin Snider, charged with using an electric battery on the horse Chartres in the fifth race March 23, jockey Snider was ruled off all tracks in Florida until further order of the commission. . George Fox, who was banished last season for practices detrimental to racing, was restored to good standing by the commission.
