RESTORED TO GOOD STANDING BOWIE, Md., April 2. The suspension of C. H. "Tobe" Trotter, handed down at Hialeah Park following the report of the veterinarian and chemist which showed the horse Postscript had been administered stimulants, expired yesterday. Trotter trains for the Jersey Stable. Jockey Robert Watson was restored to good standing today after serving a long term on the ground for rough riding astride Quickly at Hialeah Park.
