ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES I t The Blackstone Hotel will be honored Wednesday at Arlington Downs as well as the Gans Company. Two races will be featured, and on each occasion floral trophies will be presented. Mrs. Amon G. Carter, wife of the publisher of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, will represent Gans Company. Bee Brenner, singer, will do the honors for the Blackstone.
