TROPICAL PARK SUCCESSFUL MIAMI, Fla., April 2. "The Gables Racing Association has enjoyed two encouragingly successful meetings, and we wish to express to the sports followers of Florida and their winter guests our deep appreciation of their loyalty and friendship," declared William Vincent Dwyer, managing director of Tropical Park, here. today. "Our friends have displayed fine enthusiasm in supporting our efforts to lengthen the season by opening on December 15, and we believe that the additional two weeks are now solidly established on Floridas racing calendar. We also wish to thank our patrons, on behalf of Dade Countys needy and distressed, for their f wonderful support of our charity day."
