BARRY RETRIAL TO BEGIN Retrial of Dave "Long Count" Barry and Abraham Karatz on a 5,000 larceny charge was set for today Wednesday by Judge Feinberg. The sudden illness of Barrys attorney, W. W. Smith, halted the first trial some weeks back. The defense stated that Attorney Smith would be able to resume his position in the case on Wednesday.
