NOBLE TILLER, showing speed from the break, was rated cleverly, responded to hard urging in the final quarter and overhauled BOURBON ROSE. BOURBON ROSE was under light restraint in the early stages, responded when urged, but was unable to withstand the winner. MOVING ON was rushed into a good lead soon after the break, set a fast pace, but tired in the drive. FABULOUS made up some ground. OLEPAL quit badly. Corrected weight Bourbon Rose, 111.
