1 RIVER DOWNS TURF N0TES C. E. Gibson sold the three-year-old Mid-landa to W. E. Nutter and she will be trained by E. F. Rathgaber. John McAtee brought three of the M. Eransfield string from Lexington and the others were shipped from that point to Churchill Downs. Jockey E. Yager reported sick and was permitted to cancel his engagement Monday. J. H.
