EIGHT RACES FESTIVAL DAY LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 26. Programs for Derby Festival Day, which will precede the regular meeting on Friday, October 30, are off the press. The card, including eight races, list two five and one-half furlongs events for juveniles, dashes at six furlongs and six and one-half furlongs, and two at seven furlongs and two route events for three-year-olds and upward at one mile and one-sixteenth. All purses are 00 and, although the impression has prevailed in some quarters to the contrary, no owner will be asked to donate his purse or any part thereof to the Festival fund.
