CAUTION AGAINST FOOD WASTE COLOGNE, Germany, Oct. 26. The housewives of Nazi Germany have been told to stop wasting food. This "request was made known through an anti-wastage exposition being held to call attention to the practice now prevalent of throwing away scraps which might readily be made into "leftover dishes." Nazi economists have estimated that if wastage was decreased to a minimum the country would be able to eliminate almost all of Its annual Imports.
