WANTS THREE-HORSE MATCH NEW YORK, N. Y., May 28.-John Hertz, chairman of the executive board of the Arlington Park Jockey Club, Saturday received the assurance of Chas. S. Howard that Seabiscuit will be nominated for the 5,000 Arlington Cup, the mile and a quarter weight-for-age race on July 30. Howard also told Hertz that he was willing to listen to a three-horse match race proposition between Seabiscuit, War Admiral and Stagehand at Arlington Park, but the midwest official said that present plans did not include such a race.
