FAIRMOUNT S "DAILY DOUBLE" ; COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 30.— The "Daily | ; Double" at Fairmount Park will operate on the second and third races, while the quin-ella pool will be held on the final each day if there are eight or more starters. Both these pools will close five minutes before the advertised post time to conform with the rule of the Illinois State Racing Comis-sion governing special pools.
