ARGENTINE COTTON CROP DOWN WASHINGTON, D. C, May 30.— The Bureau of Agricultural Economics, upon receipt of cable reports from Buenos Aires, announced that excessive rains, insects and low temperatures have caused a 15 per cent reduction in the Argentine cotton crop which is now being harvested.
