9 • MISS AUFEW EXCUSED CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 30.— Miss Aufew, coupled in the betting with Conrad F., threw apprentice M. Quintero while at the post and ran away for six furlongs, injuring herself when she jumped the fence near the stable entrance. She had to be excused from start-j ing in the fourth race. j
