m w — » I GORBET STRINGS ARRIVE H OMAHA, Neb., May 30.— The stables of ■ Sam Gorbet and his son Glen arrived at Ak- ■ Sar-Ben over the week-end. They each ■ brought a string of six. The elder Gorbets • stable consist of Splurge, Hell Diver, Reciprocal, Dixie Dora, Big Sam, a two-year-old, and Grandmas Boy. In the sextette which Glen Gorbet unloaded were Bahadur, Ebony Boy, Johnnie Dear, Gale Way, Lcana G., and Vishnu. The stock in charge of Sam Gorbet will race for Mrs. Sam Gorbet, while Glen is conditioning the horses of Mrs. C. E. Irvin. The horses came here from Aurora, 111. R. N. Conner was another among those which arrived Sunday. He brought Burning Up and Longus.
