PLAN 67 CONCERTS The Chicago Federation of Musicians and the Chicago Park District have planned sixty-seven concerts to be held in the band shell in Grant Park this summer. The first will be presented on July 1 at 8 p. m., with the Chicago Civic Orchestra performing. On the same night Armin Hands band will play at Garfield Park. •
