I CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES $ The name Good Conduct has been approved for the juvenile son of Byrd Busy Fairy in the J. B. Respess stable. Respess is still seeking names for two other juveniles in his stable. Jockey Paul Keester is in Kentucky and may resume riding within a short time. Dr. E. F. Bennett of Chicago, who lost Blue Dragon several days ago when he succumbed to sickness, has the three-year-old Peggy Byrd and the five-year-old Lucky Ducky here at Churchill Downs in charge of William Causey. This young horseman also is training Connie Ann for Joseph Gerry, Kosse for B; Skoeller and nine horses for Leo Beyda. Gerry, Skoeller and Beyda also are Chicagoans. The Beyda horses are Sure Swift, Red Moss, Holl Image, Maleman, Bachelors Bower, Delta Dan, Joy T., Imperial Jean and No Ending. Condition books and stake blanks for the meeting at North Randall arrived here and are available to horsemen at the offices of the racing secretary. The North Randall meeting of thirty-three days begins May 27.
