NEW PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 21. E. A. Weide-kamp, head of the mutual department and technical advisor at Churchill Downs, said a contract had been let for the installation of a new public address system at the local track. Work on putting in this new equipment is to start immediately.
