MARK RTJDICH DISBARRED NEW YORK, N. Y., April 21. Mark Ru-dich, who was removed three weeks ago as a Brooklyn magistrate, yesterday lost the right to call himself a member of the bar. The appellate division of the supreme court, second divfsion, which removed him, also disbarred him as a lawyer on charges brought up by the grievance committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association. The charges grew out of Special Prosecutor Amens fight to remove him in connection with his activities in granting bail bonds. 1
