LANTZ HEARING TODAY The Illinois House of Representatives subcommittee, of which Representative Peter C. Granata, of Chicago, is chairman, will hold a hearing Saturday morning at 10:30 a. m. on the Lantz Bill. The measure, originating in the Senate and passed by that branch of the legislature by an overwhelming vote of 44 to 1, would abolish the present racing commission and establish a new one, the members of which would receive salaries of ,000 per year each. Proponents of the bill will be heard today, opponents of the measure being heard at a future meeting, probably next Saturday.
