WIDENERS WESTERN STRING Trainer D. E. Stewart to Bring Six Horses to Churchill Downs, Later to Lincoln Fields. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 21 Five juveniles and one three-year-old owned by Joseph E. Widener and Mrs. P. A. B. Widener will be transferred from Keeneland to Churchill Downs at the close of the Lexington meeting by trainer Dan E. Stewart, who is in charge of the western division of this eastern-owned stable. Another division was sent to Belmont Park in charge of Pete Coyne, to be prepared for competition in the Metropolitan area. The two-year-olds destined for campaigning at Churchill Downs, according to advices received here, are Roman, br. c, by Sir Galla-had ni. Buck Up; Town Boy, b. g, by Haste Mademoiselle de Valois; Welding, br. f, by Haste Sickle Feather; Acquin, ch. f, by Kiev Margosa, and Drury Lane, ch. f, by Haste Fairness. Bobbin, a gray daughter of Chance Shot Needle, is the only other member of .the western division, and she is a three-year-old. All of the racers, with the exception of Drury Lane, are the property of Joseph E. Widener, the Haste juvenile being owned by Mr. Wideners daughter-in-law.
