Arcaro on Palestinian PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 9. — Eddie Arcaro will have the mount on Isidore Biebers Palestinian in the Preakness. The veteran rider who finished unplaced astride Olympia in the Kentucky Derby will be seeking his third triumph in the historic Preakness. He was up on Whirlaway in 1941 and last year piloted Citation home.
