Featherston at Sportsmans SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 9. — Jockey Harold Featherston, a regular on the local circuit, arrived from Churchill Downs and plans to accept mounts at this meeting. Featherston, leading apprentice rider in Illinois in 1947, is with Benny Creech, who will campaign an extensive string of thoroughbreds at the approaching Lincoln Fields-at-Washington Park meeting.
