Wager ,168,733 Derby Day CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 10. — Saturdays crowd of over 100,000 wagered ,168,733 on the nine-race Derby program, of which ,032,582 was on the three-year-old classic itself. The wagering surpassed that of last year, when ,051,771 went through the machines, but was short of the record ,636,403 in 1947.
