Buy Assets of Insurance Co. GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 9. — W. E. Charles, Jr., secretary-treasurer of the New Jersey division of the HBPA, who just returned from a business trip in Indianapolis, reported that he headed a group which has purchased the assets of an insurance company in the Indiana city. He said the company will specialize in furnishing insurance protection to horsemen and all other race track workers.
