HBPA Divisional Election GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 9. — Members of the New Jersey division of the HBPA will go to the polls at Garden State Park on Tuesday, May 17 to elect officers and committeemen. The balloting will be held in the clubhouse following the final race on the days program.! Announcement of the election was announced today by W. E. Charles, secretary-treasurer of the New Jersey section of the organization.
