Apprenticeship Nears End SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 9. — By piloting F. C. Fochts War Page to victory in the first race here Saturday, apprentice Darl Norman registered his thirty-eighth saddle triumph. The 21-year-old reinsman from Indianapolis, Ind., will be permitted to be astride two more winners before losing his five pound apprentice allowance.
