Frasiers Condition Improved SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 9. — Ed Krumery, track superintendent at this track, stated this morning that Ed Frasier, who served as his assistant in maintaining the Sportsmans Park oval, is still confined to St. Anthonys Hospital in Chicago as the result of a mild stroke suffered more than a week ago. However, hospital attaches report Frasiers condition as satisfactory and he is showing steady improvement. 4
