Event Declared "No Contest" AGUA CAU.ENTE, Tia Juana, Mexico, May 9.— The regularly scheduled seventh event on the program here yesterday was declared "no contest" by the stewards when Prisas Pal, in post position one, became fractious and unseated her rider, jockey H. Adams. Her lunge sprung the gate and the field broke in a false start. All moneys wagered on the event were refunded by the management.
