Lincoln Officials to Open Homewood Offices Thursday WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., , May 9. — Peter J. ODonnell, general manager of the Lincoln Fields Racing Association, . which organization will operate a 30-day meeting at this track beginning on May 16, announced today after returning from Louisville, Ky., where he witnessed the running of the Kentucky Derby, that the administration and racing secretarys offices will be opened for business on Thursday. James T. Clark, a member of the official staff, is expected from Louisville, Ky., on that day and will begin accepting registration lists of horses and badge lists.
