Belts Term Expires on Friday COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 24.— O. C. Belts term as a member of the State Racing Commission expires Friday, June 26, but Gov. Frank J. Lausche as yet has given no indication of his preference for a successor. Belt, succeeded some weeks ago by Zoltan Gombos as "chairman, has announced he- will not be available for a third term as a Commission member. According to Ohio law, Belt will continue on the Commission until the stattes top executive acts.
