"Jack" Kay, Chicago jockey agent; ruled off Walter Jerome Miller, a groom from Grand Rapids, Michigan; stated that the license of Walter T. Murdock of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a groom, will not be reissued, and gave trainer Herman Jack Taylor another 30 days to produce new evidence in his application for a 1953 trainers license in Illinois.
