Flanagan Back at Delaware DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 24. — Joseph F. Flanagan will return to this track tomorrow to resume his duties as a steward. The Maryland official took a leave of absence for the 10-day Cumberland meeting which concluded its session this afternoon. Filling in here during Flanagans absence is E. T. McLean, another Marylander.
