Jim Tqbor Critically III Following Heart Attack SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 19UP. Jim Tabor, former Major and Pacific Coast League baseball star, was still in critical condition in Sacramento Hospital today following a heart attack. Tabors nurse said he was being administered oxygen but was a "bit improved and in good spirts" following a "congestive heart attack" last Monday. Tabor still holds the Major League record for hitting two bases-loaded home runs in one day. He played for the Boston Red Sox and was sold to Los Angeles of the Coast League by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1947. He subsequently played with the Sacramento Solons and Portland Beavers before he retired from baseball in 1952. ! I i ;
